Japan's political and military expansion

A new government of Japan drew based constitution law and formed supreme legislative body. But they did not revealed democracy administrated system. Government .combined and performed code of conduct ,expectations and good items of eastern and western. Ministers did duties and administration of the country on behalf of the king .Supreme legislative body was not accountability required . Japanese recovered the opinions which scared king and new nationalism was increased . They promoted the role of the military same as before . They set military service up to 12 years according to military service law in 1883.This law was ready to prevent all against done new system.
Japan showed quickly that they were ready to resist invasion of other countries and they could compete equally with European countries in wealth and power. Japan reviewed desire strongly and "Meiji" government sent military unit which contained 2 ships involved cannons and 3 transport ships to Korea Island and signed coercion one-sided trading contract just like form of US and Western countries
It was not long time and Japan happened conflict with china. This two countries signed contract set Korea as a country protected by Japan and China in 1885. But when China army attacked Korea rebels incited by Japanese extreme national policy people soon before fulfilling ten years, Japan declared war on china. After declaring war during 6 weeks, Japanese troops not only occupied Pyongyang the capital city of Korea but also won the northern navy fleet of china. Thus, the losing war china gave many hundreds of compensations, Taiwan, Pakskdori and Lineodown state, Manchuria and 4 seaports were given to Japan.
This war was called "First Sino-Japanese war. As Japan won that war, Western countries was too surprised the power of Japan.
In Manchuria, where the benefits of Russia were, Russia responded quickly. Russia organized Germany and France and some parts of China occupied by Japan. But China got a little.
